Since 2010 David has also been involved with the promotion of significant land parcels as Local Planning Authorities move through the process of reviewing their long terms housing targets and the supply of strategic housing land.
David will enter into arrangements with land owners to promote their holding through the Local Plan process, providing all the expertise and the funding required to reach a successful allocation.
These exercises can take years and involve multi-disciplinary project teams employing consultants to review and design solutions for environmental, infrastructure, traffic and demographic challenges. The results, however, can be spectacular in terms of transformed land values.
