Heritage Projects

Hill Farm in Kings Langley was purchased as a “retired” farm in 2006. The site included a 500 year old Grade II listed farmhouse in need of restoration and a collection of four historic barns and a coach house. These were skilfully converted to provide contemporary and stylish living and all were customised for the new owners.

The project involved archaeological surveys, which revealed fascinating detail about these buildings, their history, uses and evolution. Sensitive building works, using materials and techniques appropriate to the age and status of the structures were employed in the project. Finally, the site was finished with the addition of three beautiful new homes built on reclaimed land, again all customised for their buyers.
