After 23 years in the IT industry, including as Sales Director and MD, David decided in 2004 to pursue a long-held interest in property, founding BuildRiver Ltd. The following 10 years saw a focus on high-quality developments in the best areas around a home base of Chorleywood. £30m of development saw stylish and contemporary new-builds alongside the restoration of listed buildings and barn conversions.
The majority of David’s developments are sold prior to completion and are customised to client’s individual requirements, including steam rooms and saunas, cinemas and gyms, basements and hi-tech installations of renewable energy sources, bore holes for unlimited clean water supply and irrigation systems.
